- Shirovasthi (medicated oils applied on head by using elongated cap to rejuvenate the nervous system)
- Shirodhara (medicate oil applied on forehead region in rhythmic flow to de-stress the nervous system)
- Thalam (Herbal decoctions applied on crown of head to relax the nerves)
- Njavarkizhi (Thorough full body massage using medicinal rice gruel taken in a pouch to provide relief from stress).
- Thalapothichil (Medicated paste applied on the head to nourish the nervous tissue)
- Elakizhi (Warm pouches having medicated herbs for therapeutic massaging)
